Airside is sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Your purchase contract is with Paddle, and refunds are processed by them.
Contact us first. Most problems are fixable, and a fix leaves you with the product rather than with your money back.
| What happens | |
|---|---|
| 1 | You write to us with your licence key and what you saw. A person reads it and replies within 72 hours |
| 2 | If we need more, Airside can send us the recording of that session in one click |
| 3 | We fix it, or provide a way round it while we do |
| 4 | If we cannot make it work for you, we refund you |
Outside the statutory periods below:
Nothing on this page reduces a right the law gives you. Through Paddle's terms, consumers in the following places have a withdrawal period, within which no reason and none of the steps above are required:
| Where you live | Withdrawal period |
|---|---|
| EU / EEA and the United Kingdom | 14 days |
| Canada, South Korea, Brazil, China | 7 days |
| Singapore | 5 days |
For digital products this period can end early, and only where both apply: the download or use has begun, and you agreed at checkout that the product could be supplied before the period expired. Paddle requests that agreement at the payment step.
To exercise it, contact Paddle through the link on your receipt.
Please contact us at support@airsideatc.com before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Where a payment is reversed, the licence attached to it is deactivated.
Write to support@airsideatc.com with your licence key, or the e-mail address you bought with, and what happened. We reply within 72 hours. Refunds are processed by Paddle and are returned by the original payment method.
